Manager Operations
The Manager Operations & Administration holds a dual mandate. First, to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of IRADA's HQ building and all administrative services in Islamabad. Second, to provide operational oversight of the Agri Business — covering procurement, logistics and production — on behalf of the Director Operations. This role is the operational link between IRADA's Islamabad headquarters and its Karachi production facility, ensuring the Agri business runs efficiently, meets production targets, maintains quality, and is supplied with the right materials at the right time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years managing operational or supply chain functions
Demonstrated experience in facility or administrative management
Experience in production oversight, procurement or supply chain in a manufacturing or formulation environment is strongly preferred
Ability to manage remote operations — comfortable coordinating with a team in a different city
Prior exposure to agriculture, chemicals, or FMCG production is an advantage
